How It Works

Book Your Event

  • Choose the package that works best for you
  • Contact us to book your date
  • Pay your deposit (50% of total amount)
  • Payments can be made by e-transfer or cheque

Before The Event

  • Select your options (backdrop, props, options, etc.)
  • Final 50% due 7 days before the event
  • We'll send you a proof of the name/date/logo design that will go on the photos
  • Check with your venue to provide us with a power source as well as 8' x 8' to set up the photobooth, printer, backdrop, and props

Day of Event

  • We arrive 1 hour before to set up
  • One (1) Fun Klicks attendant will be at your event
  • We bring our own table for the props
  • You make an announcement when the photobooth will be open
  • Your guests line up, select the props they want to use, and the attendant guides them to take the photos, GIF, or loop
  • Printer prints the photo(s) for the guests to keep. Printing the photo takes less than 10 seconds. (On average we can do 40 sessions per hour.)
  • After the event is over, we pack everything up, and leave the space as clean as we found it
  • We'll give you a USB of all the images at the end of the event (Silver and Gold packages only)
